Turnitin is seeking a French & Spanish-speaking Associate Customer Success Manager for UK Remote. You will manage a portfolio of Educational Institutions in Spain and France, driving retention, growth, and strong relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Customer Success, fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and can work in a remote‑first environment. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM/Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long‑term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and customer experience.
• Generate referral opportunities and develop customer advocates.
