Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager for the UK remote team. You will manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France, driving adoption, retention and expansion of our software solutions.

In this role you’ll build strong relationships with Deans, Directors and instructors, collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing, and develop account plans that align with customer goals. English, Spanish and French are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with CRM/Customer Success platforms experience (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborative teammate with curiosity, accountability and growth mindset.
• Understanding of edtech and institutional challenges in teaching and learning.
• Ability to achieve retention, upsell and satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use insights and engagement data to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams to support customer needs.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and experience.
• Generate referrals and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
