Sapia.ai seeks a Lead Implementation Manager to own delivery of every new UK/EMEA customer from contract to live handover. You’ll orchestrate Integrations Engineering, People Science and Marketing with the customer’s HR/IT stakeholders into a cohesive, on‑time delivery.

You’ll design repeatable processes and tooling to scale implementations across regions. The role requires 5–8+ years in customer‑facing technical delivery, strong communication, and familiarity with HR tech platforms and

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, ideally HR tech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across vendors and customers.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery for UK/EMEA customers from closed‑won to live and handover to CSM.
• Coordinate Integrations, People Science, Marketing and customer teams for successful onboarding.
• Develop and maintain implementation playbooks, documentation and standard processes.
• Manage multiple simultaneous implementations with tight timelines and risks.
