Job summary

Checkfirst is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager in London to lead enterprise customer implementations from contract to go-live within a hybrid work setup. You will own end-to-end delivery, align customer processes with our platform, and work closely with product and engineering to scale reusable playbooks as we grow.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, data mapping, and the ability to drive UAT and successful deployments in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, delivery, or customer-facing project management roles.
• Experience with B2B SaaS implementations or digital delivery for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Background in process mapping, requirements gathering, or business analysis.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and mapping customer data in digital projects.
• Hands-on experience running user acceptance testing on enterprise software implementations.
• Advanced use of AI tools in real delivery work.
• Bonus points for experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification or other compliance-heavy industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery of implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Map customer processes to platform capabilities and identify gaps.
• Guide clients on best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and champions.
