Job summary

Pinpoint is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead multi-client SaaS deployments across mid-market and enterprise customers in the UK. You’ll own end-to-end programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery of complex HR tech implementations.

Based in the UK and operating in a remote-first setup, you’ll scale 8–12 active implementations to 20+ as you optimize processes, manage risks, and share best practices with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations end to end across multiple products.
• Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers in a fast-growing startup is ideal.
• Comfortable reading API docs, using Postman, and reducing engineering dependency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability across implementations, ensuring deadlines and blockers are addressed with urgency.
• Own the project management from kickoff to go-live, tracking milestones and risks.
• Lead internal and external discovery to understand client needs and design tailored implementation plans.
• Scope and shepherd HRIS integrations, reading API docs, mapping data, reducing engineering dependency.
• Coordinate internal teams across integrations, product and support for timely delivery and clear communication.
• Act as trusted advisor to enterprise customers, offering workflow guidance and product best practices.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success post-implementation, with ongoing involvement for adoption.
• Develop and deliver scalable customer training (live sessions, train-the-trainer, asynchronous materials).
