Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is working with a leading UK ERP partner to hire an ERP Account Manager. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers across the UK, focusing on relationships, retention, and revenue growth.

You will collaborate with delivery, consultancy, support and pre-sales teams to align technology with business goals, identify upsell opportunities and maximise value from ERP investments. Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP software sales experience across mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong consultative approach with a finance/ERP focus.
• Comfort with remote work and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing ERP customers across the UK.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for licences, modules, services, and solutions.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and account planning activities.
• Collaborate with delivery, consultancy, support and pre-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop understanding of customer objectives, challenges and future requirements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and revenue projections.
• Achieve and exceed retention, growth and revenue targets.
