Job summary

Ambis Resourcing Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Manager for Accounting & ERP software. The role is home based with one or two Derby office days per month, focusing on managing an existing portfolio and identifying additional software and services to drive value.

You will build relationships with customers using Sage 200, Sage 50, Cim50 and Sage Intacct, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and work with product specialists to turn needs into software solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions sales or account management with evidence of winning business and growing revenue.
• ERP or accounting software experience would be an advantage, especially Sage products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with an existing portfolio of customers.
• Visit clients at least twice a week to understand their businesses and plans.
• Identify and close cross-selling opportunities for software and services.
• Work with sales consultants, marketing professionals and product specialists.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and an active sales pipeline.
• Work towards a realistic margin target, with uncapped commission rewarding your results.
