TalentNeuron, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Solution Consultant to partner with Sales in helping enterprise organizations solve complex workforce challenges in London. You will guide prospects through discovery, deliver business-focused demos, design solution approaches, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales for complex B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to partner with Account Executives through multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders including HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Ability to lead consultative discovery and translate customer challenges into solution recommendations.
• Experience with HR Technology, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Talent Management, or related solutions.
