Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Solution Consultant to lead enterprise pre-sales engagements in the UK. You will partner with Sales to craft value-based demonstrations, create proofs of concept, and articulate ROI for complex financial services deployments.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, deliver architecture presentations, and guide customers through modern data management and integrations using the Workiva platform. Significant travel is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services sector or with ERP/Analytics solutions is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS, cloud technologies and enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers via phone, web, or onsite meetings.
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes and demonstrations to validate value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Client Services for customer success.
• Create tailored business cases and ROI-focused demonstrations for financial services customers.
• Mentor peers and contribute to cross-domain coaching and training.
