Job summary

Neptune Software is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to guide customers through digital transformation, showcasing the value of our low-code platform and working closely with sales teams and clients to craft tailored solutions.

This remote role includes occasional travel across the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, with an office in Bishopsgate, London available. You’ll lead discovery, deliver demos and workshops, and evolve as a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation with ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Solid background or working knowledge of SAP and its applications.
• Deep understanding of technology, including processes, integrations, automation and UI/UX.
• Ability to articulate value and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams and customers to develop innovative solutions and deliver presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Lead technical discovery workstreams, define scope and success criteria, articulate value proposition.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demos, proofs-of-value, and discovery workshops.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through digital transformation journeys and optimization.
• Build deep platform knowledge and stay updated on features and capabilities.
• Create high-quality sales documentation and enablement materials.
• Represent Neptune at events and deliver training to partners and customers.
