Job summary

Workiva UK Limited is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to serve as a strategic technical lead, driving complex enterprise outcomes across the territory. You will move beyond traditional pre-sales to own technical wins, bridging business transformation with data architectures, integrations, and practical AI use cases using the Workiva platform.

You will collaborate with sales and stakeholders, guide architecture discussions, and develop prototypes to demonstrate value.

Qualifications

6+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales or management consulting within a complex enterprise technology environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical lead for enterprise sales opportunities, with focus on integration, data management and the fit of the Workiva platform within complex customer technology ecosystems.
Partner with Regional Sales Directors and other customer-facing teams to understand customer challenges, requirements and desired business outcomes.
Lead solution discovery and value-based conversations across Workiva's core solutions, including Financial Reporting, GRC and Sustainability.
Guide conversations with enterprise IT, architecture and business leaders around technology strategy, data management, integrations and modernisation.
Provide technical and architecture demonstrations and value-based messaging tailored to Financial Services customers.
Gather complex requirements and translate them into practical Workiva solutions.
Design customised solutions addressing customer requirements and supporting transformation of finance and business processes.
