Job summary

Firstwork is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join Europe-wide efforts. You will conduct discovery with operations, compliance and IT, run on-site workshops across Europe, and deliver tailored demonstrations.

You will design technical solutions, qualify requirements, and support security reviews while collaborating closely with delivery teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in solutions consulting or related roles, with experience in HR/workforce domains and strong API/integration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a forward-deployed/implementation role.
• Experience with enterprise systems (HR/workforce) and complex deployments.
• Technical credibility on APIs, integrations, data models and security questionnaires.
• Clear writing; ability to translate complex needs into scoped requirements.
• Proactive prototyping during workshops and turning notes into structured requirements the same day.
• Understanding of agent-based workflows and when human review is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with operations, compliance and IT stakeholders.
• Run customer workshops on site across Europe.
• Deliver demonstrations tailored to the client's environment.
• Design solutions and perform technical qualification.
• Scope, run and evaluate proofs of concept.
• Support security and compliance reviews.
• Plan implementation and handover to delivery.
• Provide structured feedback to engineering.
