Qualifications

• Proven experience working in an Employee Relations or HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law including the Equality Act and Employment Rights Act.
• Confidence advising and influencing managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for managers on employee relations matters.
• Support and manage cases across the full ER spectrum.
• Assist with Employment Tribunal activity.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Contribute to organizational change programmes.
• Review HR policies for legal alignment.
