Job summary

A large charitable organisation is seeking a People Advisor for a short-term fully remote contract. In this role, you will support the People Team with complex employee relations cases and provide expert advice on employment law. The ideal candidate should have CIPD level 5, experience managing ER cases, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive rate of £20-£21 per hour for a full-time role requiring 35 hours a week.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 5 and above.
• Experience managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Experience working in a HR environment in a Charity.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
