Job summary
NAES United Kingdom is hiring an Electrical Support Engineer to provide fleet-wide HV and LV electrical engineering support across the UK. The role is remote, home-based with extensive travel to Whitetower Energy facilities.
Reporting to the Fleet Engineer, you will drive reliability, maintenance strategies and outage coordination across seven locations. The position requires strong HV/LV expertise, fault diagnosis, and project management, with a willingness to travel extensively and work from
Qualifications
- HV and LV electrical systems knowledge and experience.
- Fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis experience.
- Project coordination and outage planning experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide fleet-wide HV and LV electrical engineering support, ensuring compliance with UK standards and safe work practices.
- Investigate faults, protection issues and recurring failures to improve reliability.
- Coordinate HV/LV switching, isolation, inspection and testing with staff and contractors.
- Manage outages and electrical engineering projects across the fleet to minimise downtime.
