Job summary

Turnitin is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager (UK Remote) to manage a portfolio of higher education customers in Spain and France. The role focuses on retention, growth, and strong relationships, with a remote-first culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop account plans, drive adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and upsell opportunities, while supporting educators and institutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably SaaS/EdTech.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to articulate value to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative team with growth mindset.
• Data-driven with CRM experience and solid time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and customer engagements.
• Identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Use customer insights to manage risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
• Capture and share customer feedback to improve products and experience.
• Generate referrals and develop customer advocates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity.
• Continuously invest in personal and professional development.
