Heur is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own trading performance and delivery for a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You will act as their primary ecommerce specialist and trusted advisor, driving commercial outcomes through data-driven merchandising and optimization.

You will develop and deliver quarterly roadmaps, plan homepage and product launches, monitor performance and present insights to clients.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce merchandising best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own the ecommerce trading performance and delivery for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading performance, conversion, revenue and customer experience, and work with the wider squad to deliver them.
• Own the delivery of quarterly ecommerce roadmaps, ensuring strategic priorities are delivered on time and support measurable commercial outcomes.
• Plan and deliver homepage updates, landing pages, product launches and promotional campaigns aligned with client trading calendars.
• Monitor website performance, analyse trading trends and proactively recommend actions to improve ecommerce performance.
• Produce and present performance reports, insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Perform final QA on ecommerce deliverables before client release.
• Identify operational risks and resolve issues before they impact client delivery or trading activity.
• Coach and support Growth Coordinators through regular feedback, quality reviews and development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ecommerce processes, ways of working and best practice across the agency.
