Job summary

Office Shoes is seeking an Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive online sales and profitability across Office, Offspring, Offcuts, Apps, and concessions. You will manage day-to-day online trading performance, forecasting, and onsite optimisation, ensuring brand messaging and commercial objectives are aligned.

You will work with the Ecommerce team and stakeholders to shape strategy, reporting, and user experience improvements, delivering actionable insights, promotions, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in online trading within a fast paced digital retail environment.
• Experience supporting, coaching, or managing others.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent visual merchandising capability.
• Experience in fashion retail with a strong eye for detail.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with VM tools and basic HTML.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the online trading plan and targets across multiple digital channels.
• Forecast sales and order volumes and support capacity planning.
• Execute online trading strategy, promotional activity, and onsite optimisations.
• Manage digital trading activity, promotions, and peak trading periods.
• Contribute to trading meetings and coordinate with merchandising to ensure stock supports activity.
• Manage onsite content, homepage balance of brand messaging with commercial aims.
