Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager to join a fast-paced digital team. You will drive online sales, profitability and customer experience across multiple channels, apps and concessions.

You’ll oversee daily trading, forecasting and promotions, optimize onsite experiences and coordinate with cross-functional teams to push conversion and margin growth. Hybrid London-based role with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in online trading within a fast-paced digital retail environment, ideally fashion.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Advanced Excel and good knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, SAP Hybris, Fredhopper/Attraqt or ContentSquare would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day online trading performance and forecast/promote activity across digital channels.
• Oversee onsite trading and content calendar; analyse performance to improve conversion, revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, marketing, distribution, technology and project teams; develop ecommerce team members.
