• 2–3 years eCommerce experience from Crawley.
• 5+ years in transactional ecommerce roles.
• Proven track record of growing online sales via conversions & customer journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Own ecommerce performance across conversion rate, revenue, AOV and customer experience.
• Analyse funnel and behavior to identify friction points and build a CRO roadmap.
• Run structured CRO/testing across product/category pages, navigation, search, basket and checkout.
