DigiTech, in partnership with a rapidly growing cyber security organisation, is seeking a Direct Account Manager to join the commercial team. You will manage inbound opportunities across the UK, run full sales cycles, and grow existing customer relationships.

This remote role offers commission up to £12,000 and opportunities to progress within a fast-growing tech vendor. You will conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience selling technology, SaaS, cyber security, IT services, or managed services.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Confidence managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound opportunities from enquiry to close.
• Conduct discovery calls and deliver demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and maintain pipeline.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
• Develop account growth plans and uncover new customer requirements.
• Track pipeline performance and revenue against targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide customer and market feedback to support growth.
