Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Trust's Business Analysis and Digital Learning functions with strategic direction.
• Oversee demand for business analysis, digital learning and user guidance aligned with priorities.
• Provide specialist advice on business cases, process improvement and benefits realisation.
• Develop digital adoption approaches and transition digital developments into day-to-day use.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and lead staff development across the service.
