Job summary

TTI, Inc. - Europe in High Wycombe is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the inside/branch sales team with customer inquiries, order handling and special requests. The role focuses on accurate order processing and timely communications.

You will verify orders, provide status updates by phone and email, and work with Sales Representatives to ensure smooth sales to shipping, contributing to high-quality service within our growing, international company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, preferably in electronics or similar.
• Good telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to use computer systems proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries, order handling, coordination of special requests and issue resolution.
• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provide order status updates by phone and email.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers.
• Assist Sales Representatives with processing quotes and additional support.
