TTI, Inc. in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the inside/branch sales team with customer inquiries, order handling, and coordinating special requests.

You will verify orders, provide status updates, and help resolve issues to ensure smooth ordering and delivery processes. Ideal candidates will have strong B2B service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Formación

• Excellent B2B customer service skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence and compute rates, ratios & percentages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and ability to use the computer system proficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies and expedites customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provides information to customers regarding order status by phone and email.
• Coordinates issue resolution by working with the Sales Representative and the Customer to ensure smooth sales-to-shipping process.
• Assists the Sales Representative with processing customer quotes and providing additional support.
• Processes order confirmation files by reviewing data and maintaining accuracy.
