Job summary

TTI Europe in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the inside/branch sales force by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating special requests. Strong B2B customer service experience and excellent communication skills are essential.

You will verify orders, provide status updates via phone and email, and work with Sales Representatives to prepare quotes and ensure on-time delivery. The role offers growth within a global distributor.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service, preferably in electronics components.
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios and percentages and write routine business correspondence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer inquiries, order handling, coordination of special customer requests and issue resolution.
• Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provide order status information to customers via phone and email.
• Support Sales Representatives with processing quotes and additional assistance.
• Process order confirmations with data accuracy to minimize errors.
