Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a national remote team.
• Oversee high-quality, trauma-informed support for LGBTQ+ Veterans.
• Act as first point of contact for new Veterans.
• Ensure safeguarding, governance and quality standards.
• Build partnerships with Armed Forces, LGBTQ+ and statutory organisations.
• Lead outreach and community engagement in the North of England.
• Promote and deliver the Pride in Veterans Standard.
