Job summary

Food Alert Ltd. is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own a defined portfolio of clients, engaging proactively and ensuring each client gains maximum value from our services.

You’ll build strong relationships through regular outreach, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience while supporting retention and growth. The role is remote with travel to London head office and client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercially aware with a consultative approach.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with digital tools and reporting systems.
• Proactive, self-motivated and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Client Engagement: conduct regular outbound calls and structured check-ins across your portfolio.
• Listen & Learn: gather client feedback, identify trends and capture insights to improve services.
• Spot Risks Early: recognise dissatisfaction signals and act to mitigate churn.
• Resolve & Support: triage concerns and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
• Support Retention: monitor sentiment and assist renewal discussions.
• Identify Opportunities: spot added-value services and generate referrals.
