Food Alert Ltd. is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own and nurture a portfolio of clients. The role is remote with travel to London head office and client sites, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach to deliver measurable value.

You will build relationships, gather insights, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

• Client management experience and ability to manage relationships with defined KPIs.
• Strong customer focus and drive to improve client satisfaction.
• Commercial awareness with ability to spot opportunities and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactive client engagement through regular outbound calls and check-ins.
• Listen and learn from client feedback to improve services.
• Spot risks early and take action to prevent churn.
• Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Support retention by monitoring sentiment and renewal conversations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and referrals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business on client needs.
