Job summary

Food Alert Ltd is seeking a proactive Client Engagement Manager to own a defined portfolio, maintain strong client relationships, identify risks and ensure value from our services. This permanent, full-time role is remote with travel to London head office and client sites occasionally.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience while supporting retention and referrals.
