Job summary

Food Alert Ltd is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to help businesses bring safe, compliant products to market. This permanent, full‑time role is remote with travel to London head office and client sites on occasion.

You will own a defined portfolio, build strong relationships through proactive outreach, gather client insights and work with internal teams to resolve issues, while maintaining a consultative, client‑first mindset and clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Client management experience with KPI targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and consultative approach to opportunities.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Proficient with digital tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactive client engagement with regular outbound satisfaction calls and structured client check-ins.
• Gather client feedback, identify trends and capture meaningful insight to improve services.
• Spot risks early and take action to prevent churn.
• Triage client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Support retention by contributing to renewal conversations and reducing churn.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services and referrals.
