Job summary

Version 1 in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead technical project delivery, build client relationships and drive Agile or Hybrid projects on time and to budget. You will manage scope, RAID logs, governance and risk, while coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery.
Led complex technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
Facilitated Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams.
Coached teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization.
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Experience working within GDS and in digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers.
Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities.
Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality.
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting.
Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management.
