Job summary

Version 1 in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Change Manager to guide large-scale transformation programmes. You will embed new ways of working and ensure the change lands effectively for staff across teams, collaborating with senior leads to secure buy-in and sustainable impact.

You will conduct CIA, translate outputs into interventions such as Training Needs Analysis, and maintain integrated change plans. A delivery-focused, collaborative mindset is essential in complex, ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management)
• Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting
• Comfortable using collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute structured Change Management activity across large-scale transformation programmes
• Embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively for the people affected
• Translate CIA outputs into actionable interventions (TNA, engagement actions) and maintain integrated change plans
• Stakeholder analysis, engagement strategies and managing change networks to drive adoption
• Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and realised benefits
