Job summary

Recruit with Purpose is seeking a Change Manager to shape, lead and embed change across transformation programmes within social housing. You will engage colleagues and customers at the center of change, coordinating activities across projects and ensuring adoption.

The role focuses on designing change strategies, assessing impacts, and delivering practical solutions in a complex environment. You will partner with project teams to drive successful transformation and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting significant change and transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies and best practice.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience using data and insight to inform decisions and measure success.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement or process improvement techniques.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive change adoption.
• Experience within housing, the public sector or another regulated environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support major change and transformation programmes across diverse initiatives.
• Design and deliver change strategies from planning through to adoption.
• Coordinate change activities and ensure they are aligned with project goals.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts and operational teams to assess impacts and develop practical solutions.
• Perform impact analysis, readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement to shape delivery.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to guide programmes and foster adoption.
• Develop communications, engagement and learning approaches to support colleagues through change.
