Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Virtual Care Centre Operator to provide first-point-of-contact support through our TEC platform. You will monitor calls, respond compassionately, and build meaningful connections with individuals across England and Scotland from the Widnes base.

The role requires comfort with IT and care planning software, accurate record-keeping, and a person-centred approach to help people live safely and independently.

Qualifications

• Experience providing person-centred support in the social care sector.
• SVQ 3 (Scotland) or L3 Diploma (England) in Care is required/advantageous.
• Comfortable using TEC platform and care planning software.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to vulnerable individuals using the TEC platform.
• Serve as first point of contact and build rapport with individuals supported.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update care plans as needed.
