• Shape new features and guide developers and testers in the product lifecycle.

• Explain product behavior to colleagues and clients.

Skills

Strong BA or Consultant experience in the UK energy or utilities sector

Hands-on operational knowledge of CRM and billing systems

Ability to produce clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria

Confidence working through the software development lifecycle with dev and test teams

Solid understanding of billing concepts like tariffs, standing charges and consumption

Strong communication skills
