Job summary

TRS Consulting is recruiting for a Home-Based Business Development Manager in Cambridge to drive sales of biomedical solutions. You will manage major customer accounts, identify opportunities and lead presentations at exhibitions, delivering proposals and agreements.

The role offers a base salary (£45k–£55k), an attractive commission scheme and an OTE around £90k, plus company car, phone and laptop, with generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience selling multi-vendor service contracts across biomedical, ultrasound or endoscopy product ranges.
• Strong communication skills.
• Outgoing and personable with integrity.
• Self-motivation and teamwork.
• Well organised with ability to prioritise in a fast-changing commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-vendor service contracts across biomedical, ultrasound and endoscopy ranges.
• Manage key customer accounts and develop relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and exceed area sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and local events to extend the customer base.
• Prepare proposals and sales agreements and analyse competitor activity.
