The role involves proactively identifying and engaging with SME and Levy employers for Health and Social Care, Childcare, and Business Services apprenticeships. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing new business with SMEs and Levy employers for Apprenticeships.
• Proven track record in Apprenticeship sales and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage businesses to promote Apprenticeship programmes.
• Build and develop relationships with employers and learners.
• Attend meetings to discuss training and recruitment needs.
• Advise on Apprenticeship Levy and funding reforms.
• Report sales data and forecasts and meet deadlines.
