Job summary

Paragon Skills is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (South) to join our Commercial Sales team. This remote-based role supports clients across the South of the UK, working 36.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with salary up to £38,000 plus bonus.

You will identify and secure new apprenticeship opportunities, develop engagement plans, manage relationships with SMEs and large organisations, and demonstrate ROI of apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in Apprenticeships
• Track record of exceeding targets
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards a Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification
• Passionate about apprenticeships and making a difference
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop sales engagement plans to generate leads.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrate the value and ROI of apprenticeships.
• Provide apprenticeship funding and levy guidance.
• Design bespoke apprenticeship solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM and administrative records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
