Job summary

Clipeum IT Group in Norwich, Norfolk (office, hybrid or remote for the right person) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities and booking meetings with decision makers across the UK. You will play a key part in building the new business pipeline, with warm signals and outbound activity, reporting to the Group Sales Director.

The package includes £35,000 base salary plus £10,000 commission (OTE £45,000) and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Confident on the phone and able to handle gatekeepers.
• Self-motivated with a strong pipeline discipline.
• Experience in B2B outbound roles is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and book meetings with decision makers.
• Follow up quickly with warm signals from website, email campaigns and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and feed back on messaging.
