Furza Training Group in London is seeking an ambitious early-career Sales Development Representative to help build relationships with prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities. The role offers a base of £35,000 plus £15,000 OTE and a hybrid/remote setup.

You will work closely with BD and Marketing to drive lead generation and support the sales cycle from discovery calls to closing, within a fast-growing proptech environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers and show how the solutions fit their goals.
• Identify new opportunities by researching target organisations and adding value.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate awareness and interest.
• Support pitches and proposals with ideas to shape engaging solutions.
• Book discovery calls and drive the sales process with senior team members.
• Collaborate with BD and Marketing to support lead generation and campaigns.
