T3AM Global is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business across the UK. This commission-based role offers an OTE of 24,000-30,000 with home-based, hybrid or office-based options depending on location. You will prospect, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities and book meetings for the recruitment teams, using CRM to track activity and targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Identifying companies that are actively hiring and could benefit from T3AM's recruitment services
• Speaking with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers
• Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements
• Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team
• Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM
• Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets
