Job summary

T3AM Global is recruiting ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team across the UK. You will identify and engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings to fuel our recruitment teams.

This is a performance- and commission-based role offering home-based, hybrid and office-based options with clear training and progression as we expand nationally. You should have a confident telephone manner, strong communication, and a target-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated and ambitious with a target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identifying companies that are actively hiring and could benefit from our recruitment services.
• Speaking with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers.
• Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements.
• Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team.
• Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM.
• Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets.
