Job summary

Huzzle is partnering with a Manchester-based, results-driven mid-level Business Development Representative to spearhead growth for a premier commercial cleaning service. You will own outbound outreach across channels, identify high-value contracts, and build a scalable pipeline from scratch.

The role supports the offshore-to-onshore transition as the company expands into facilities management and related services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Strong cold outreach experience via calls and emails.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach including calling and emails.
• Identify and source high-quality commercial cleaning leads.
• Qualify prospects and book consultations for the onshore team.
• Manage end-to-end admin flow from first contact to consultation.
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategy.
