Howden Employee Benefits is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join our Business Development Team. You will generate new business by contacting prospects, responding to inquiries, and arranging meetings for consultants while nurturing relationships with clients and prospects.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, create content, and provide valuable client advice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B telesales/telemarketing role.
• Experience of working in an insurance and client-facing environment.
• Ability to set appointments for field sales consultants.

Responsabilités

• Manage own work priorities and activities to achieve team objectives.
• Maintain and expand the client database and key contact information.
• Provide marketing information and support for campaigns and client content.
