Job summary

Howden is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new business within its Employee Benefits division. You will respond to inquiries, conduct outbound calls, and arrange meetings for consultants while nurturing a robust pipeline in the CRM system.

You will also partner with the marketing team to support campaigns and content for clients and prospects, developing relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telesales or telemarketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in insurance and client-facing environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with FCA rules, data protection and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to email and web inquiries; perform outbound calls to arrange meetings for consultants.
• Maintain and expand the client database and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and content delivery for clients and prospects.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and attend relevant external events as needed.
