Job summary
Academia Group is seeking a new member for the Apple Helpdesk Team to deliver high-quality technical services and support to our Jamf-managed client base in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on Tier 2+ remote desktop support for OSX/iOS and Jamf Pro, with responsibilities spanning patch management automation and MDM maintenance.

Qualifications
- Experience managing an Apple Mac & iOS environment from the ground up using Jamf Pro in a current MacOS Sequoia+ environment.
- A passion for technology and strong communication skills.
- Excellent communication, questioning, and listening abilities.
- Strong personal planning and work organisation skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to demonstrate solutions to customers when necessary.
- Certifications or proven experience with Jamf products (e.g., Jamf Certified, Jamf Pro CCA/300, Jamf Protect, Jamf Security Cloud).
Responsibilities
- Tier 2+ remote desktop support for OSX, iOS and Jamf Pro.
- Maintenance and automation of software for patch management.
- Basic network troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- MDM (Jamf) solution maintenance.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
