Qualifications

• Experience managing an Apple Mac/iOS environment with Jamf Pro in a current MacOS Sequoia+ environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Jamf certifications or equivalent credentials are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2+ remote desktop support for OSX, iOS, and Jamf Pro.
• Resolve issues and automate patch management tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MDM (Jamf) solutions and ISO procedures.
• Document solutions and create technical guides.
