Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking a Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, focused on AI security. You will design secure deployments across cloud/on-prem/hybrid and guide customers through adoption to maximize security and performance.

You will bring hands-on Docker/Kubernetes experience, cloud networking knowledge, and Python expertise, helping customers iterate securely while ensuring long-term value and scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Post-sales, customer success or solutions engineering experience in AI/security/cloud preferred.
• Docker and containerized workloads experience; Kubernetes familiarity desired.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with cloud networking and IaC.
• Python programming experience; familiarity with AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and capability to guide customers through iterative solution design.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and deployment: design and implement secure deployments of AI security solutions across cloud/on-prem/hybrid environments.
• Provide technical guidance on infrastructure, containers, and cloud networking; promote secure AI operations.
• Act as the primary technical post-sale contact to ensure ongoing value and success.
• Troubleshoot and optimize configurations; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver enablement: workshops, training, and technical docs for customer teams.
