Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing cybersecurity roles such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success Engineering, security consulting, or strategic technical account management.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Understand customer AI environments, security programs, priorities, and risks; identify new use cases and provide practical guidance on AI security and governance.
• Define customer outcomes, connect objectives to capabilities, drive adoption, and articulate value.
• Coordinate Product, Research, Engineering, Security, Support, and Customer Operationalization resources while feeding customer insights back into Noma.
