Harmonic Security is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers through the GenAI data protection journey. You will bridge customer needs with product and engineering to drive technical value and secure deals.

You will work with the EMEA/DACH sales team to close opportunities, craft technical content, and shape the company's storytelling in a rapidly evolving AI-security market. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic sales support.

Formación

• Proven track record in a solutions architect, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role in enterprise security.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and data handling in enterprises.
• Thrives in fast-moving environments; highly organized with multiple priorities.
• Hands-on software deployment in enterprise settings; experience with MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Kandji).
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; adept at adopting new tools and troubleshooting live issues.
• Scripting experience in Python, shell, PowerShell, or similar.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset; ownership and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own pre-sale technical activities and enable customers with tailored POVs.
• Collaborate with customers to create and run POCs highlighting data protection for GenAI era.
• Support sales in EMEA/DACH to close new business and sustain existing contracts.
• Translate deep technical insights into compelling product messaging with marketing/product teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape and articulate Harmonic's differentiators.
